Main objective of the Organization is to contribute to development initiatives of the country through eliminating social discrimination and reducing poverty of the rural and disadvantage people. The specific objectives are as follows.

1. Conduct research, studies and surveys of development projects, markets, natural resources and different products and services.
2. Strengthen access of the youths to quality vocational education with support to job placement and enterprise establishment. 
3. Promote access to the quality education to the children particularly from the socially marginalized and economically poor groups both in development and emergency context.
4. Support government institutions to establish good governance in resource mobilization, local planning, and development intervention.
5. Empower marginalized and disadvantages population to create justice and equality through meaningful participation in the various aspect of the governance and development process.
6. Build capacity of remote and rural people including livelihood and economic empowerment through income generation and employment creation.
7. Sustainable management and utilization of natural resources for the maximum use and benefit of the rural people.
8. Work on the adaptation, mitigation, risk and vulnerabilities reduction that have been caused by the Climate Change.
9. Contribute to the promotion of food & nutrition security and livelihood improvement, health sanitation and hygiene of the deprived population. 
10. Support for food and nutrition security and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) for target community
